People recruited by foreign services on an ad hoc basis, usually over the internet, for one-off tasks.
The term comes from an ABW report, which writes of so-called disposable agents (jednorazowa agentura) recruited ad hoc over the internet, including through messaging apps, with adverts promising quick money and payment in cryptocurrencies.1
