“restricted” (zastrzeżone)

The lowest security classification in Polish law, assigned when information does not qualify for a higher classification but its disclosure could harm the performance of the state's tasks.

Article 5(4) of the Act on the Protection of Classified Information lists tasks in the fields of national defence, foreign policy, public security, respect for citizens' rights and freedoms, the administration of justice, and the economic interests of the Republic of Poland. The classification is assigned by the person authorised to sign the document (Article 6(1)).¹
