A cyber threat which, because of its technical characteristics, could seriously harm information systems or their users.
A summary of the definition in Article 2 point 11f of the Polish Act on the National Cybersecurity System; the Act defines a cyber threat itself by reference to Regulation (EU) 2019/881 (Article 2 point 4a).1
