A declaration about work or service in, or collaboration with, the state security organs, submitted by the persons specified in the Act.
The obligation applies to the persons listed in Article 4 who were born before 1 August 1972, and covers the period from 22 July 1944 to 31 July 1990 (Article 7(1) of the Lustration Act).1
