The protection of classified information held by businesses that wish to perform contracts involving access to such information.
The ABW carries out vetting procedures for businesses applying for an industrial security clearance certificate. The Act on the Protection of Classified Information covers businesses intending to perform contracts involving access to classified information (Article 2(13)).1,2
